• Unregistered Guests are not permitted in rooms.

• ID Required for Registration and Check-In

• Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms and Hotel’s public spaces

• Loss or damage guest room items (for e.g. linen, equipment, furniture) will be billed to the guest’s folio to be settled prior to check-out 

• The hotel is not liable for the loss of jewelry, monies and other valuables - Safekeeping is available on request at the Front Desk 

• Parking in the Hotel’s parking lot is at the owner’s risk 

• Refusal/failure to comply with Hotel policies and rules could result in removal from the property

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations or modification to reservations must be communicated to the hotel at least three (3) days before the scheduled check-in date to avoid penalty

• No-show reservations attract a cancellation fee of one-night's stay in the room type booked

• Cancellations or Modifications to reservations made less than three days before the original date of check-in or revised check/out date will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay in the room type booked.
